AQUCAR™ GA 50 Water Treatment Microbiocide is a high performing microbicide based on glutaraldehyde (CAS Reg. No. 111-30-8). It is effective against the bacteria and fungi present in papermaking systems and useful in preventing slime formation in all areas of the papermaking process. It is especially effective in controlling bacterial growth in aqueous pigments and filler slurries.
